Crafting Quality, a closer look

The Vexten Wheels Factory is equipped with over a dozen advanced CNC machines for the production of wheels. Through vertical lathes, the factory capitalizes on gravity to achieve exceptional concentricity and runout. The mills on the other hand with their tough build and spindle velocity yield an efficient cycle and flush surfaces.

MACHINE DEPART

Using the industry standard 6061-T6 Aluminum forgings, which proceed to the lathe turning step, standing vertically is lathe-turned inside, then turned outside, yielding an approximate shape of the wheel. Next up under the CNC machines the design of the face is created as the machine removes less than 0.6mm each round crafting an unparalleled result.

FINISHING DEPART

Vexten’s facilities allow for various options when it comes to finishes, such as the premium polished, brushed, or the standard powder coated both gloss and frozen. Having the finishing department in house allows us not only to control the quality but also allow our customers the possibility of choosing any custom finish for their wheels to match their vision to perfection.

Our design team works closely with multiple car enthusiasts as well as our sales team to create the most desirable wheel patterns as well as with our engineering team to achieve the most flush and aggressive look possible without compromising the car’s performance or safety. Our customers have access to our design team through the bespoke program that allows them to design the wheel of their dreams from start to finish.
